The Founder of Meta, Mark Zuckerberg has announced via his personal Facebook page his company has enabled a feature to allow WhatsApp users to share screen during a video conversation.

Mark showed a screenshot of himself having a WhatsApp conversation with someone and an image of a video of the two of them during the call.
