X, owned by Elon Musk, is developing a new feature that will allow users to sort messages on someone’s profile.

Screenshot posted by Andrea Conway, a designer at X, shows that the feature will allow users to sort posts by “most recent”, “most liked” or “most engaged”.

“That would be great,” Musk commented.

Conway did not say when the feature will be rolled out publicly or if it will be limited to X Premium subscribers.

Several users expressed their thoughts on Conway’s post. When one user asked, “So sweet!! Still adding comment sorting?”, Conway replied:
“Yes!”

Responding to another message suggesting a delay would also be helpful, she said:
“little step best friend”.

Last week, the Musk-led company announced that paid subscribers can choose to hide their ticks on the account.

Even though the check mark is hidden on a user’s profile and posts, the check mark can still appear in some places and some features can still reveal that they have an active subscription.

Some features may not be available when bookmarks are hidden. “We will continue to develop this feature to make it better for you,” the social media platform added. Users can access the option to hide the markup in the “Customize Profile” section of Account Settings.

Additionally, Musk has denied a report that the company is planning to launch its own stock trading platform.

When a user posts, “JUST IN:
Twitter/X plans to launch its own stock trading platform, according to XNewsDaily.

Musk denied the report and said, “To my knowledge, no work has been done on this matter.”
